Ron and James Thompson formed Edelman & Thompson in 1994. Ron has handled thousands of injury claims in the areas of automobile collisions, products liability, premises liability, and worker’s compensation cases. He has been recognized nationally as a “Top 100” civil litigator by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been honored as a “Top 100” worker’s compensation lawyer by the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, the foremost national organization of worker’s compensation lawyers. Ron received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis (1979), and his law degree with honors from the University of Missouri – Kansas City (1982). Ron is a member of the Missouri and Kansas bars, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association, and the Kansas City Bar Association. He is licensed in both state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri.
